Our Team

Michelle has been in the dental field since 2001. She began her journey as a dental assistant in general dentistry. In 2003, she decided to change it up and merge into the surgery side of dentistry and that is where she has stayed. Michelle has been an office manager since 2009 and loves being part of Dr Darryl Fields team. There is no better feeling then waking up in the morning and truly loving what you do. The doctor, team and patients are all so amazing. It is truly a pleasure to be a part of this awesome office and team. In her spare time away from the office, Michelle enjoys spending time with her husband, 3 boys, teenage daughter and 2 cats. She is active in her church and loves to participate in local races
Heather headshot
Heather originally went to school and got certified for medical assisting. She landed a position in an oral surgery office in 2000 where she was trained in dental assisting and front office. Heather joined Dr Darryl Field’s office in 2015. “I love working for Dr Field. Everyone here gets along like family both in and out of the office.” In her spare time, Heather enjoys traveling out of the country. She attends many Jaguar football games And events at the local beaches.
I received my bachelor’s degree from the University of North Florida. During my first few years of school I assisted in an oral surgery office in South Florida. While continuing my education in Jacksonville, I worked with Dr. Field assisting part time. After graduation I worked at Shands Jacksonville in patient education before returning to work with Dr. Field full time. I enjoy assisting with a wide range of surgeries and take pride in catering to the unique needs of each patient during their visit. In my free time I enjoy running, biking and tennis.

I went through the dental assisting program at FCCJ and graduated in June 2006. I started working for Dr. Field in September of that year. What I enjoy about my profession is helping in surgeries. I love working in an office where I learn something new every day. While away from work, I enjoy traveling, working out, reading and going to the beach.
Elly Surgical Assistant

I began my dental career right out of high school as a registered dental assistant and lab assistant. In 2002, I graduated from Florida State College at Jacksonville Dental Hygiene Program as a licensed dental hygienist.

I consider myself a compassionate person dedicated to providing an exceptional experience while helping you achieve optimum oral health. I love being a dental hygienist and view all our families like family.

I’m multilingual and love translating Spanish and Greek whenever we have a patient with these backgrounds! I enjoy spending time with family and friends, traveling abroad, Pilates, and being outdoors in my spare time.

Carmen our Dental Hygienist

I have been a dental hygienist since 2005. Upon graduating from the Florida State College at Jacksonville Dental Hygiene program in 2003, I began working at a cosmetic dentistry practice before moving into periodontics.

What I enjoy the most about my profession is changing how people feel about dentistry and making it a pleasant experience.

I prefer periodontology to general dentistry because I know we can do more specialized procedures that can enhance your health and make a lasting difference.

When I’m not working, I love to travel and ride bikes on the beach.
